2026 Smaller Ballers Basketball League
• Designed to provide young players a fun and competitive environment to learn the game and develop their skills.
• Players will compete in a structured league format with balanced teams and quality competition.
• Participants will play 7 games over a 5-week season.
• All games will be played on Wednesday evenings.

• 3rd & 4th Grade Boys Division
• 5th & 6th Grade Boys Division
• Total league capacity: 75 participants

All regular league games will be played on Wednesday evenings

Games will begin at 5:15 PM each week

Registration Information
• Regular Registration Fee: $140
• Family discounts may be available
• Registration is completed on an individual basis for all participants
• Once league capacity is reached, a waiting list will be utilized
Uniforms
• Each participant will receive a custom Smaller Ballers league uniform
• Uniform features include:

Custom league jersey

Player last name printed on the back
• Jerseys must be worn for all league contests
• Uniform is yours to keep after the season
Team Entry Option
• School teams and school feeder teams are allowed to enter the league as a team
• Important:

Even for pre-assembled teams, all players must still register individually
• Team Entry Guidelines:

Travel teams are NOT permitted
-
At least 70% of the roster must feed into the same high school

All players must complete individual registration

League Rules & Game Policies
• Games consist of two 18-minute halves (running clock)
• Clock will stop during the final minute of the game
• Timeouts allowed:

1 – 30 second timeout per half
-
1 floating full timeout per game
• Overtime
-
1st Overtime: 2 minutes
-
2nd Overtime: Sudden death tip-off (first basket wins)
• 4-on-4 play is allowed
• No pressing or zone defense until the final 5 minutes of each half
• League will observe all IHSAA guidelines regarding game play
• Age-appropriate basket heights will be used
• Pocket City Basketball will not be responsible for forfeits
• Conduct Policy

Player, coach, and spectator conduct will be strictly enforced

Fighting or major misconduct will result in immediate dismissal from the league without refund
