Three ways to get an answer
Office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central. Most schedule, roster and score questions are already answered in the PCB App.
Registration, rosters, refunds, uniforms, photos and anything about a specific player. Include the player's name and the program so we can pull it up right away.

Most questions have a page or an app screen built for them. Start here and you will usually have your answer in under a minute.

| Schedules & rosters | Every league's schedule, roster, scores and standings update in the PCB App. Set your team as My Team and you will see league announcements as they post. |
| Training | Book, reschedule or cancel SkillLab sessions on the Training page and in the app. Cancel two or more hours before a session and the credit goes straight back to your wallet. |
| Player Cards & photos | Claim your player's card in the app. Photo opt-outs and removal requests are handled there too. How we handle player information is in our Privacy Policy. |
| Refunds & changes | Email pocketcitybball@gmail.com with the player's name, the program and what you need. Program fees are non-refundable by policy. Reach out anyway; we look at every situation. |
| Recruiting | High school players can opt into PCB RecruitLink at registration for college outreach support. College coaches and scouts: email the Program Director for schedules and evaluation access. |

Programs
Everything we run, season by season
Leagues and camps fill the stretches when school ball is not in session. Training runs straight through the year. Ask about any of these by name and we will know exactly what you mean.
| Fall · September | Junior Fundamentals League Grades 2–4, divided into 2nd–3rd and 4th grade. Four Sundays at the Boys & Girls Club of Evansville: three weeks of games, then a single-elimination tournament. Built for first-time league players. |

| Fall · October | Boys Fall X-League Our flagship, in its 14th season. Grades 5–12 with 5th/6th, 7th/8th and High School A and B divisions. Four Sundays at Gibson Southern High School: three weeks of regular season, then a single-elimination tournament. $165 with family discounts, personalized reversible uniform included. College coaches evaluate every season. |
| Fall · November | The Black Friday Special A Black Friday morning camp. Drop the players off, get the shopping done. Details announced each fall. |
| Winter | Training only Players belong to their school teams from November through the end of the tournament. The gym stays open for private and small-group SkillLab work. |
| Spring · April | Smaller Ballers League Co-ed league for grades 3–6. A short spring season that keeps younger players in real games before summer. |
| Summer · May | Girls Summer Hoops Academy Skill academy for girls, led by our Ladies Director. |
| Summer · June | Summer of Separation Camp Co-ed. Built around the offseason work that separates players by the time school ball returns. |
| Summer · August | FREE Back 2 School Camp No cost. Gets players ready for fall tryouts and the Fall X-League. |
| All year | PCB SkillLab training Monday, Wednesday and Thursday nights at the Boys & Girls Club. Grades K–12, group or private. Buy credits once, book the hours that fit the week. See how training works |
