Coach Kyle Aiton is in his 2nd season with Pocket City Basketball serving as a coach for the 16u (Class of 2020) team. Kyle is a graduate of Castle High School (Newburgh, Indiana), lettering twice in basketball.
Coach Aiton transferred to the University of Southern Indiana after two seasons at Wabash College where he played in 50 games in two seasons, making 45 total starts, and averaged 12.6 points per game. He posted a two-year best, 12.7 points per game in 2014-15, while scoring a single-game high of 24 points and 8 rebounds against Kenyon College as a freshman in 2013-14.
As a Screaming Eagle in 2016-17, Coach Aiton led the team in three-point field goal percentage, hitting 50 percent (29-58) from beyond the arc. Kyle averaged 4.5 points per game coming off the bench. He recorded a season-high with 19 points in a a win over Ohio Valley University.
Kyle Aiton is the Son of Mark and Sarah Aiton. Kyle graduated from Southern Indiana in May of 2018.
